Privacy for Tiny Garden Days

Tiny Garden Days doesn’t collect any data about you. Here’s what happens on your device and what Apple handles for us.

In short

No ads

The app has no ads and no ad networks.

No tracking

No analytics tools, no third-party SDKs, no profiles.

No account

You play without signing up, without an email address and without a password.

Everything stays with you

Your progress is stored only on your device.

Who is responsible

The app is provided by flink think GmbH in Pratteln (Switzerland). Salzwerk is our brand for apps and games. You can reach us at hallo@salzwerk.app. You’ll find the full address in the Imprint.

What the app stores on your device

So your garden can keep growing, the app stores the following locally on your iPhone or iPad:

  • your progress: beds, plants, harvest, coins, decor and achievements
  • your settings such as music, sounds, notifications and the language you chose
  • whether you have unlocked Premium

This data is never sent to us. We can neither see it nor access it. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, your progress is included. That is handled by Apple and your own settings.

Nothing is sent to us or to third parties

The app doesn’t connect to our servers or to any third-party servers. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics services and no built-in third-party SDKs. Even the weather in the game, such as the rain, is calculated inside the app. It needs neither the internet nor your location for that.

Buying Premium

The one-time in-app purchase “Premium” is handled by Apple through the App Store, as are redeeming gift codes and “Restore Purchases”. We receive no payment details and no information about you. The app only asks Apple whether Premium is unlocked. Purchases are covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you allow it, the app reminds you, for example, when your harvest is ready or a gift is waiting. These notifications are scheduled right on your device and don’t come from a server. You can turn them off at any time in the app’s settings or in iOS Settings.

What Apple handles for us

Apple processes downloads, updates and purchases under its own responsibility. Apple shows us aggregated numbers, such as how often the app was downloaded. We only receive crash reports and usage figures if you agreed to share them with app developers in iOS Settings. We can’t see who you are.

Deleting data

If you delete the app, your progress and all settings are removed from your device as well. There’s nothing to delete on our side, because we don’t have any of your data.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Since the app doesn’t send any personal data to us, we usually have nothing stored about you. If you email us, we only use your message and address to reply to you. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Switzerland with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This website

This policy covers the app. For the salzwerk.app website, please see our general privacy policy.

Changes

If anything in the app changes that affects privacy, we’ll update this page.
