In short: the Tiny Garden Days app collects no data about you or your child. This website only processes the data that is technically necessary, and we measure visitor numbers without cookies on our own server. The details are below.

This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The Tiny Garden Days app

No personal data

The app does not process any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no trackers and no third-party software components. The app makes no network connections except to Apple’s App Store for the Premium purchase.

What is stored on your device

The app saves your progress (garden, coins, tools, goals) and your settings for music, sounds and notifications. Everything stays exclusively on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. We have no access to it.

“Premium” purchase

Apple handles the one-time purchase through the App Store. We receive neither your name nor your payment details or Apple ID, only an anonymous sales statement. The app checks directly with Apple whether a purchase exists. No data is transferred to us in the process.

Notifications

If you allow it, the app reminds you with notifications, for example when the harvest is ripe. These reminders are created on your device and do not go through our servers. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in the iOS settings. The app requests no other permissions: no access to microphone, camera, location or contacts.

Apple

Apple may collect statistics on downloads and crashes under its own terms. We have no influence on this. More in Apple’s privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

3. This website

Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by our hosting provider wpupdate.ch on servers in Switzerland. When a page is accessed, the server automatically stores technical information in log files: your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested address (URL) and your browser information (user agent). This data is needed to run the website securely and reliably. It is kept only briefly and then deleted.

Visitor statistics

To understand which pages are read, we use Independent Analytics Pro. It works without cookies, the data stays on our own server and is not passed on to third parties. IP addresses are not stored permanently.

Fonts

The fonts of this website are hosted directly on our server. Your visit does not connect to Google or any other font provider.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Contact by email and form

If you write to us by email or through a form on this website (contact, support), we use your details (name, email address and message) only to answer your request. The message is sent to us by email and not stored on the website. We do not pass it on.

4. Your rights

You can ask at any time which data we process about you and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing. To do so, write to us at hallo@salzwerk.app.

If you believe that we are not processing your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you live in the EU, the data protection authority of your country is responsible.

We update this policy when the app, the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
